Van seized after a disqualified driver was caught behind the wheel

Dear Resident,

Earlier this week, one of our PCSOs came across a van that was being driven by a disqualified driver. The vehicle has been seized, and the driver will be reported.

We have also been issuing parking tickets to cars obstructing the junction of Lincoln Road with Windmill Street and Alma Road, as well as outside the Stagecoach bus depot.

Parking in Lincoln Road is an issue that is continuously raised to us by the local community, and we will continue to take action when we can.
